Clear rules, no fine print

Goodrace is a personal and free service that stores and analyses your iRacing telemetry. It is developed and maintained by a single person as a non-profit project. By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

The service is provided without explicit or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. There may be failures, downtime, occasional data loss, or changes in behaviour without prior notice. I am not responsible for damages arising from the use of the service (for example: if your AI copilot suggests something wrong and you lose a position in a race).

• One account per person. Do not register multiple accounts to evade restrictions (none are active today, but the rule stands).
• You only upload your own telemetry. The desktop app links your account to an iRacing cust_id. Do not upload another person's .ibt files without their explicit permission (when the γ model is formally activated, it will require consent from both parties).
• Community without spam or harassment. Driver search, teams, and friendships are not a messaging channel — use them as intended. I reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system.
• Your public URL is your responsibility. Choose a slug that does not impersonate anyone else or infringe trademarks.

I may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If I remove something significant (e.g., an endpoint the desktop app depends on) I will give reasonable advance notice.

If I decide to shut down the entire service, I will give at least 30 days' notice by email (to the address you used to link your primary identity) and will keep the export button active so you can take your data with you.

For any complaint or legal inquiry, contact me first by email at support@goodrace.pro. If we cannot reach an agreement, the courts of my jurisdiction (Spain) shall have jurisdiction. For personal data protection matters, see the corresponding section in the privacy policy.

Same as the privacy policy: material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Minor changes are published here.
